1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the services provided by HumanizingAiTxt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the website and its tools. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HumanizingAiTxt provides advanced AI text manipulation software. Our algorithms are designed to rephrase, restructure, and humanize machine-generated text (such as output from ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve its readability and help bypass automated AI detection systems. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates, modifications, and improvements.

3. User Responsibility & Ethical Conduct

You are entirely responsible for the text you input into our platform and the subsequent output you use. While our system is built to evade AI detectors (like Turnitin, ZeroGPT, etc.), we do not actively encourage or endorse academic dishonesty, fraud, or plagiarism. You agree to use this tool primarily as a writing assistant, editor, and stylistic enhancer. You may not use our service to generate or disguise illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.

Allowed Uses
  • Improving the flow of AI drafts.
  • Enhancing readability of marketing copy.
  • Bypassing false-positive AI flags.
  • Editing personal blog posts and articles.
Prohibited Uses
  • Automated scraping or API abuse.
  • Generating spam or phishing materials.
  • Sharing a single account among multiple users.
  • Reverse-engineering our algorithms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

HumanizingAiTxt operates on a prepaid credit and subscription model processed via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

  • Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
  • Refunds: Due to the immediate costs incurred by our servers and OpenAI API calls the moment you generate text, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, you must contact us within 48 hours.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your remaining word balance will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The website, its original content, features, proprietary humanization algorithms, and UI/UX design are owned by HumanizingAiTxt and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You do not claim ownership of our software by utilizing our service. However, you retain full ownership of the text you input and the final humanized output you generate.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

HumanizingAiTxt makes no absolute guarantees that the output will pass 100% of future, unknown AI detectors, as detection technology evolves daily. We shall not be held liable for any academic penalties, lost grades, lost revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. The service is used entirely at your own risk.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to instantly suspend or terminate your account without prior notice or refund if you breach these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected API abuse, fraudulent payments, or attempting to compromise our server security.
