When you use HumanizingAiTxt to bypass AI detectors, we collect basic information strictly necessary to provide our service. This is divided into two main categories:
- Personal Identification Data: Your name, email address, and hashed passwords when you register. If you use Google OAuth to log in, we only retrieve your basic profile info (Name and Email) directly from Google.
- Input Data (Essays/Text): The text you paste into our tool. We do not store your submitted text permanently. Once the text is humanized and displayed on your screen, the raw input data is purged from our active processing servers to ensure absolute confidentiality.
- Payment Data: All financial transactions are handled via Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Process Your Text
To provide our industry-leading humanization, your text is securely transmitted to our core processing engines (including custom OpenAI models) via heavily encrypted API connections.
We have strict, enterprise-level data-sharing agreements in place. This legally guarantees that your text is never logged, saved, or used to train future AI models. Your original ideas and academic integrity remain 100% protected.
Absolute Zero-Log Policy
We take academic privacy seriously. We do not report your usage to universities, professors, or third-party plagiarism checkers like Turnitin, Canvas, or Blackboard. What happens on HumanizingAiTxt, stays strictly on HumanizingAiTxt.
3. Cookies and Web Tracking
We use essential cookies purely to keep you securely logged into your account and track your remaining word balance accurately across pages. We may also use Google Analytics to monitor generic website traffic (e.g., how many visitors we get). We do not use intrusive third-party ad trackers or sell your data to marketing agencies.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We only share the absolute minimum data required to keep the site running. This includes passing payment states to Lemon Squeezy to update your premium status, and sending text prompts to OpenAI via secure endpoints. We will never release user data to legal authorities unless compelled by a verified court order.
5. Your Rights & Data Control
You are always in full control of your personal data. Under global privacy guidelines (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:
- Right to Access: Request a full export of your account data.
- Right to Erasure: Delete your account and associated email instantly.
- Right to Update: Modify your personal profile details at any time from your dashboard.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that information from our servers.
